When you contact Cannon Disability Law, you will receive a free consultation. More importantly, you do not have to pay any money upfront to hire us to help you with your case. We represent all of our clients on a contingency fee basis.

What does a free consultation mean? It means that we will answer your questions about your disability case for free. If you don’t know how to apply for benefits, then we will help you. Likewise, if you want to become a client or you are wondering if you have a good disability case, then we will tell you.

You want Utah disability benefits and you want a great attorney to help you. As Utah disability attorneys, we offer a free consultation. But, a free consultation does not mean we will automatically become your attorney. We only take cases that we think have a chance of winning. Why? Because we are only paid if we win.

Much of our decision depends on what you tell us. Therefore, when you call, make sure that you explain all of your impairments. For example, if you have depression, don’t forget to tell us about a back operation. Likewise, if you have a physical impairment, like back pain due to arthritis, don’t forget to mention your treatment for anxiety.

We will ask you questions about your work history. Also, we will ask you questions about your legal history and if you have substance abuse problems. These types of issues can prevent winning a disability claim. If you already have an attorney, however, you will need to call that attorney to answer your questions. We cannot answer questions if you have a representative.

This means, if we do not win your case, you do not owe an attorney fee. Whether you win or lose your case, you will need to pay the costs of your claim. However, those costs are usually low. You can also review our client paperwork on our Fee Agreement and Important Forms page.

Contact us today and hire the legal team with the experience to win your Utah disability case.
